首先去到Control Panel > Programs > Turn Windows features on or off, 然后需要打勾，如图以下:

之后，去到Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager
把你的project档案放进 wwwroot 里面，之后，Right Click 选 Add Application

填好之后，就点击OK。
去到你的浏览器输入 http://localhost/HelloWorld/ 就看得到了。
