解决方法：去windows update，安装 Microsoft SQL server 2012 SP2
Solution: Go to windows update，install Microsoft SQL server 2012 SP2

有尝试安装SQL Server 2012 CU2 SP1 and SP2但无效
Tested SQL Server 2012 CU2 SP1 and SP2, but does work for me
