打开你的文件夹，到Tools->Folder Options 然后选择 File Types tab

去找你的file type，点选再点击“删除”按钮，即可。

Open Windows Explorer, and click on Tools->Folder Options and select the File Types tab.

In the scroll box look for the extension of the file type you wish to modifiy.

Then click on the Delete button, to remove the association.
