[解决] Cannot open Service Control Manager on computer, Access is denied

安装windows service服务，出错

The inner exception System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception was thrown with the following error message: Access is denied.

Solution 解决方案
1. Right click on "Command Prompt" and select "Run as Administrator"，try again
2. 右键你的"Command Prompt"，选"Run as Administrator"，再试看看
